By using Midman you agree to use the escrow service lawfully and to provide accurate deal information.

Escrow service

Midman holds funds in escrow between a sender and a receiver. Funds are released only after the sender confirms delivery, or after mutual agreement.

Fees

Fees are shown before a deposit is made. The total charged equals the invoice amount — no hidden charges.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, our support team reviews the evidence from both parties before releasing funds.

Prohibited use

• Money laundering or fraud of any kind.
• Trading of illegal goods or services.
• Attempting to manipulate or abuse the escrow process.

Limitation of liability

Midman acts as a neutral escrow intermediary and is not a party to the underlying trade. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the escrow fee paid for the affected deal.
